2 cans of California Garden Fava peeled with chili
400غLarge onion, chopped
1كميةGarlic cloves minced
2كميةLarge Tomatoes, peeled and diced
2كميةSalt & black pepper to taste
Parsley, chopped
1/4كوبOlive Oil
Serve with: Liver, Falafel, Pickles, Eggs, Vegetable plate, bread

Peeled Fava Beans with Liver is a rich and hearty dish often found in Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or North African cuisines, where both fava beans and liver are staples.

In a large skillet, add olive oil over medium heat and add the onions and garlic. Cook until softened and translucent.

Add tomatoes, sprinkle with salt & pepper and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
