Ramadan CSR Activity

At Americana Foods, giving back to the community is at the core of our values. This Ramadan, we came together to support vulnerable communities in UAE, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt, bringing happiness to them and their families through the joy of food. Here’s a glimpse of what we did across the markets!

The UAE office organized a volunteering activity, in partnership with Companies for Good, to distribute 400+ Iftar meals to the Emirates Glass Company labor camp in Dubai and have rolled out a similar initiative in Saudi Arabia, in partnership with the Saudi Food Bank across Riyadh and Jeddah. We complimented both contributions by donating some of our most loved products, including cakes, cookies, and grocery goods.

In Egypt, we launched the “هنفطر فى المحطة” campaign in collaboration with The Egyptian Food Bank and Ministry of Transport to distribute more than 100,000 packs of our biscuit products to travelers at maghrib breakfast time at train and subway stations.

Together with our partners, we were able to help those in need and spread joy among them!
