Nayla El Khoury
General Manager - Transformation Office
Nayla El Khoury joined Americana Foods in October 2020 and is the General Manager of the Transformation Office.
In her role, Nayla leads the Program Management Office (PMO), Business Development (organic and inorganic), Corporate Communication (internal and external) and the Environmental, Social, and Governance ‘ESG’ agenda. Nayla also served as Chief of Staff of Americana Foods, acting as a strategic advisor and operational leader to the CEO and the Executive Team, providing strategic support and ensuring the seamless execution of high-priority projects and initiatives that drive organizational growth and efficiency.
Prior to Americana Foods, Nayla held various roles at Americana Restaurants, the largest restaurants operator in the MENA region and Kazakhstan, leading the company’s PMO and Business Development efforts, and driving their Performance and Talent Management Function across 12 markets. Beyond her corporate roles, Nayla also dedicated over six years to consulting in global firms the likes of EY and Mercer, providing strategic organizational and people related advisory services and solutions to various clients across industries.
Nayla holds an Executive Master’s degree in Change from INSEAD, a Master’s degree in Global Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool, and a B.A. in Psychology from the Lebanese American University ‘LAU’.
