Ingredients

400 g Chef’s Harvest Skin On 12mm

80 g grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp. butter

1 garlic clove

A bit of parsley

Steps To Follow

Step 1

Melt the butter. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the melted butter once fully melted. Remove from the stove as soon as the garlic starts to brown. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley as well.

Step 2

Prepare the fries according to the package instructions.

Step 3

Mix the garlic butter mixture, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, and half of the chopped parsley with the fried fries. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Finish by sprinkling the remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley over the fries.
