310z Beef gravy can
1Mashed potatoes, with added milk & butter
12cupOlive oil

Ground Beef Shepherd’s Pie is a comforting, hearty casserole that layers seasoned ground beef and vegetables under a blanket of creamy mashed potatoes, then baked until golden and bubbling.
Traditionally made with lamb, this ground beef version is a popular American spin on the classic British-Irish dish.
Step 1
Sauté chopped onions in olive oil. Add to them ground beef and cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, then break the meat into crumbles.
Step 2
Add minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce, cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add beef gravy, mixed vegetables, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the meat mixture into a casserole dish and top it with the mashed potatoes.
