Step 1

On a low heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil, half a chopped-up onion, 1 garlic clove and leave till they're golden brown.

Step 2

Mix 1 can of California Garden Peeled Fava Beans with Chili (450g) with the onion, garlic, yogurt and milk. Add salt, pepper and cumin to taste.

Step 3

Simultaneously, cut the pita bread into small pieces and put it in the oven until it turns crispy.

Step 4

Put the pita bread in a plate, add the mixture and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
